1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") set forth the conditions for use of the ANSR app ("the App") provided by the operator of the App ("we" or "the Operator"). These Terms apply when you use the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

2.1 App Features

ANSR is a tool to understand how far you can play with the resources you have in the GAME of golf.

Main features:

• Plan (GamePlan): Strategy planning with shot dispersion simulation and expected value calculation on a 2D map
• Memo (Pocket Strategy): Strategy PDF generation to print your own playbook
• Log (AfterRound): Round recording that logs "intent" and "result" for each shot on a 2D map
• Course: Course management to list and create courses
• Analyze: Statistics and analysis dashboard visualizing the relationship between scores and Strokes Gained
• WITB: Club setup feature with distance range analysis and bag optimization advice
• CONFIG: User settings and feedback

2.2 Premium Features

The App includes paid Premium features. For details on Premium features, please see the Paywall screen in the app.

Premium features:

• Memo: PDF export (strategy PDF generation and save)
• Log: COMMIT (round confirmation and archive)
• Analyze: Scorecard view, statistics and analysis (all-period consolidated stats, round history and analysis)
• WITB: STATS/HISTORY tabs (club statistics, bag history)

3. Agreement to Terms

3.1 Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

3.2 Changes to Terms

The Operator may change these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we notify users and/or post the updated Terms in the App or on the website (https://answer.golf). If you do not agree to the updated Terms, discontinue use of the App.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Appropriate Use

You are responsible for using the App appropriately. The following are prohibited:

• Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of the App
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Interfering with or damaging the App's functionality
• Using the App for illegal activities
• Any other conduct the Operator deems inappropriate

4.2 Data Management

You are responsible for managing data you create or record in the App. The Operator is not responsible for loss, corruption, or deletion of your data.

5. Premium Features and Billing

5.1 Prices and Plans (tax included, JPY)

Premium features are provided via subscription and add-on credits. Prices are tax included. They may vary by country or region according to App Store / Google Play price tiers.

• Monthly plan: ¥980/month (from the 4th month onward)
• Monthly plan (intro offer): ¥480/month × 3 (first 3 months)
• Annual plan: ¥5,780/year (effectively about ¥481/month)
• Add-on credits 100: ¥480 (100 credits, consumable)
• Add-on credits 500: ¥1,980 (500 credits, consumable)

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew. Unless you cancel before the next renewal date, you will be charged for the next period.

5.3 How to Cancel

Cancel from the subscription management screen of the store where you purchased (App Store / Google Play).

5.4 Free Trial and Refunds

We do not offer a free trial at this time (the intro offer is paid: ¥480/month for the first 3 months). Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the store where you purchased (App Store / Google Play). For refunds or purchase-related inquiries, please contact the relevant store.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Operator's Rights

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content belong to the Operator or the Operator's licensors.

6.2 Your Data

Ownership of data you create or record in the App (round records, statistics, etc.) belongs to you.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Service Provision

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the App. The Operator is not liable for any damage arising from suspension, modification, or discontinuation of the App.

7.2 Data Accuracy

The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of data displayed in the App (statistics, analysis results, etc.).

7.3 Limitation of Liability

The Operator is not liable for any damage arising from use or inability to use the App (including direct, indirect, special, or consequential damage).

8. Privacy

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
